Digital Downloads

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable. * Delivery: Upon completing your purchase, you will immediately receive a link to download your files via email and on the checkout confirmation page.

Usage Rights: All digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these files for commercial purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
File Issues: If you experience any technical issues with your download link or a corrupted file, please contact us immediately, and we will ensure you get a working copy.

Physical Products

Our physical products are carefully crafted and packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping & Processing: Each product is produced in different facilities, meaning processing and shipping times will vary depending on the specific item you order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your physical item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include a detailed description and clear photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging. You must contact us first to review the issue before any resolution, such as a replacement, can be discussed.
Returns & Exchanges: Because our physical products are generally made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or if you simply change your mind. Please double-check all details and options before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Digital Orders: Cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed, as the files are sent automatically.
Physical Orders: If you need to cancel or modify your order for physical goods, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has gone into production, we are unable to cancel or change it.
